Returns

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, any goods that are not customised to your specific requirements or made to order are eligible for return should you wish to do so as long as you meet the criteria below.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any unwanted unused goods, (goods that are resized to your specific requirements or made to order are not refundable unless they are significantly misdescribed, for example diamonds are not diamonds, the weight is not correct by at least one full gram or the colour of gold is not correct. All goods are despatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery, the date of receipt is the date the goods are signed for. It is your responsibility to return any unwanted goods within the 14 day period. We recommend always using an insured tracked and signed for postal service.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original jewellery box supplied.

Refunds (if applicable)

When your return is received and inspected we will email you confirmation of receipt and so long as the item/s are complete and unused we will make a refund the same or next business day. If the goods are found to be used, scratched or damaged we will return them as quickly as practically possible and explain why we have not issued a refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Please contact us as soon as possible if you require an exchange or refund (within 14 days)

Gifts

If you received the item as a gift and you are not the original purchaser, we will send you a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to our postal address.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should always consider using an insured tracked and signed for postal service.
